In order to provide students, faculty, and staff with the quickest service possible, Campus Computing uses an online ticket system to manage service requests and project time lines.
Sending an email to helpdesk@usfsp.edu automatically generates a service request. This is the quickest way to get help fast.
Alternatively, students, faculty, and staff can also get computer assistance by calling our Help Desk at (727) 873-4551 for students or (727) 873-4357 for faculty and staff.

System services such as Blackboard, FAST, GEMS and OASIS, are available at USF St. Petersburg, but originate at the USF Tampa campus. Please see our list of USF System computing services for support information.
Auxiliaries & Grants
Auxiliaries and grants that reside at USF St. Petersburg must print, fill out and send us a Service Request Form for assistance with computer or network services. The accountable officer for the auxiliary or grant will need to provide a billable account. Terms and conditions are listed on the form as is the contact information necessary for sending us the form.
